Established in 1902, the Potawatomi Zoo is Indiana’s oldest zoo, located in South Bend. It spans over 23 acres and is home to more than 400 animals. With a diverse array of exhibits featuring species from around the world, it offers an intimate and educational experience for visitors of all ages. The zoo is dedicated to promoting the conservation of wildlife through engaging educational programs, events, and exhibits that highlight the wonders of the natural world and the challenges facing today’s environment.
